Shipping & Delivery Times

Orders placed online are shipped out directly from our warehouses in Toronto. Larger orders may be delivered via freight shipping. All delivery times are estimates. Currently, we only ship to destinations within Canada.

All shipping services used include tracking and full insurance. Please allow up to three business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping.

*Orders over 60lbs may be subject to additional shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you should your order be subject to additional shipping fees.

Freight Shipping

Items shipped via freight arrive shrink wrapped on a pallet. Once the order has been processed, a customer service representative will contact you to arrange a delivery time. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the delivery for any damages or missing items before signing the delivery receipt.

Free Shipping

Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges are waived automatically at checkout

Missing tracking information

Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our Customer Care team so that we can assist you further.

Returned to sender packages

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Flex Pack Shop by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.


Items may be returned with 14 days of receipt. Items must not be unused and can be placed back in its original package. All returns must be authorized by us before sending any products back. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number. 

Original Shipping fees are non-refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the product(s) returned. We require 5 business days upon receiving the product(s) to process the refund. An email will be sent out to customers notifying them once the refund has been processed. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund back to the original method of payment.
